About Our Boarding ...

We have a large, 2,400 sq. ft. space with lots of sunlight from our west-facing windows.  Our very "open" facility allows the cats to see us at all times.  Entertainment is provided by our resident menagerie of rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds.

Recently, CatNap was able to install brand new Kitty Condo's for our boarding area.  The new facilities are each at least 30" deep by 36" wide by 23" high and can be configured into three big cages, or 6 medium cages by specially made dividers.  Multiple cat households have the option of housing their cats next to each other with either a mesh or solid divider, or no divider at all!

All Condo's have a high density ABS plastic floor that makes for easy and thorough sanitization.

There is a shelf for extra comfort and room along with a towel, matching food and water bowls, and a full size litter pan.  To further reduce any undue stress, we maintain a set daily schedule which includes: scooping litter boxes, cage disinfection and water and dry food freshening.  Affection is always abundant!

In order to maintain our high standards in the facility, we have the following requirements for all borders:

	Cats over six months must be spayed or neutered
	You MUST show proof of current (within one year) FVRCP (distemper)
	Owner must present the results of a test for FeLV and FIV
	Cats normally allowed outdoor access must be on a flea / tick medication.  CatNap will apply Revolution or Advantage at your request for an additional fee.
	Cats with front claws must have them clipped before coming in for boarding.

We also offer:

	Discounts for multiple cats, long-term boarding (three or more weeks), or if you have adopted from us
	Setups are available for two or more cats
	All rates include Iams food (or you can bring your own), bedding, toys, litter and lots of love!
	We are willing and capable of handling your special needs cat - geriatric, medically compromised, on daily medication, etc.

Felines:
  First Time Boarders -
      $16.00 per cat per night
  Frequent Boarders /
  CatNap Alumni -
     $14.00 per cat per night

  Long term boarding and
  multiple cats -
     Please call for special
     rates

Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Birds, or other small mammals:
  $5.00 per night- your cage
  $7.00 per night- our cage

Please call the facility for special rates for large birds,

Additional Costs:
  Medication $1.00 / dose
  Insulin $2.00 / dose
  Revolution/Advantage
     $25.00 / application
 

CatNap reserves the right to refuse boarding to any cat that appears ill, presents aggressive behavior, or has tested positive to either FeLV or FIV.

The health and well-being of all animals in our care is our first priority!!

CatNap from the Heart is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) shelter dedicated to promoting respect for all animals through education, shelter, rehabilitation, and adoption. We receive no city, county, state or federal funds.  All donations are tax-deductible.
